It contains general SBX guides, blank spreadsheets and browser-based planning tools. It is not the private place to send client records, tax references, ID documents or passwords.

Your tool entries

The built-in planners and question preparer process entries in the page. They do not send those entries to SBX, save them to a database or put them in the page URL. There is no account, upload form, analytics tracker or session-replay script in this release. A refresh or closing the page may lose your work.

You choose whether to copy a summary, print it or download a text file. Those copies, your clipboard and your device are then your responsibility. Other people or browser extensions with access to your device may be able to see your screen or entries.

Visiting the website is still a network request

The hosting provider can process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. “Calculations run in your browser” does not mean no information is processed by the hosting provider. The documents are public snapshots

The PDFs and blank spreadsheets linked as public downloads are copies of selected SBX library resources. They do not synchronise automatically from Google Drive. Read the edition, scope and review date inside each document. The optional Drive-master link has its own Google access rules.

If the hub is restricted later, copies already downloaded or saved elsewhere cannot be recalled. A “noindex” setting asks search engines not to list the pilot; it is not a password or access restriction.

Understand what a result means

The Tax Pot Planner uses a payment amount and date you provide; it does not calculate your tax. The Pricing Calculator uses the costs you enter; it does not calculate VAT, payroll or your whole-business profit. The question preparer does not provide advice or send a message.

No calculation declares a dividend, approves an expense or confirms a legal treatment. Speak to your accountant before a significant claim, payment, restructuring or overseas change.

Accessibility and help

The pages include keyboard navigation, labelled inputs and text-based results. The downloadable PDFs and spreadsheets have different layouts and may be less convenient on a small screen. Contact the office for help accessing a guide or using an alternative format.
